Amarachi Elizabeth Ejiaku holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Imo State University and a Barrister at Law from the Nigerian Law School. In the course of her legal practice, she has been with the law firm of Emmanuel Ogbusu & Co and the Legislative Arm of Owan West Local Government Council Edo State where she worked as an assistant clerk.

She has done a comprehensive research work on Incorporation of Companies under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar AssociationHer practice areas include corporate and commercial law, legal drafting, legal research and litigation.
